WinXP Pro Web Interface Won’t update

    I am new to firefly. I completed the setup, installed Bonjour but I can’t see my library from my ROKU nor can I access the web interface to further configure firefly. Any assistance would be great.

    I’m using WinXP Pro and Firefly is working as it should.

    What are your log in privileges? Are you logged in as a member of the administrators group? If so, you should have full control. When I’m logged in as a member of the Power Users group, I don’t have control to start/stop Firefly via the Server tab, but I can open Web Administration and perform any updates desired.

    Does the tray icon show up? How did you try and get to the web interface?

    Thanks for the response. I removed and reinstalled both products and i am up and running smoothly.
