I have a large collection of shn files that are tagged with external metadata files using the same filename as the shn, for example:

    track1.shn
    track1.tag

I added both .shn and .tag to the extensions list, and I’ve verified that the files are being scanned into the database. However, neither of them show up on a Roku or in Firefly’s playlist.html.

There really isn’t a good way to do external metadata right now.

You can add .shn to your ssc_script argument, and fix the transcode script to transcode .shn to wav, but the metadata won’t ever show up.

Also, you’ll want to add “unkn” to your ssc_codecs, as that’s what codec those will be seen as — unknown.
