I am just starting to setup and use firefly. I will be running it on my FreeNAS backup server. I have read through the information I could find about Firefly, but I still have a few questions unanswered.
From what I gathered, it seems that Firefly is used as a local media server. What I want to do is be able to connect to it and listen to my music remotely. I think I read that this is possible, but I haven’t been able to find out how to set this up. What I would like is to be able to listen to my music at work. Of course I’d like this to be a authenticated and secure connection; I don’t want others listening to my music.
Is this possible? IF so, could someone point me toward a tutorial or some instructions of some sort? ❓
