I am having a problem with svn-1344. Before this I was running 1333 with no issues. I downloaded 1344 and made it. Run a make install and then restart mt-daapd. It loaded up correctly at first and I went to the webpage and issued a rescan. The first anomoly I noticed is that after the scan the webpage said it was hosting 5000 songs whilst in fact my mp3 directory only has just under 3000 songs. I suspected that it might be double counting songs as they are added to smart playlists. Anyway shortly after noticing this the config webpage became unavailable and according to the logs mt-daapd was shutdown.
Thereafter whenever I start mt-daapd it crashes immediatly. I tried deleting the songs database but to no avail. I have included all the logs from my system log below. The last entry is when I went back to the svn-1333 directory and issued a make install again and went back to 1333.
I dont think I built 1344 any differently from 1333 (–prefix=/usr –enable-sqlite3) is there a way to check how I configured 1333?

Try swapping to sqlite2, and I’ll work on the sqlite3.

to be honest I am not desperate to use 144 as opposed to 133 since 133 suits my needs perfectly. How about I stay on sqlite3 and I can be a test subject for you if you want.

Works for me! I’ll try to have a fix out tonight.

as I said no rush so take your time – I will let you know in future releases if it is fixed.
I no longer see this problem with 1348 so all is cool again!
