Playlist editing

Hi there,

as already mentioned by other members in the forum I am searching for a way to create a “static” playlist. The Wiki says that there is a XML API that let’s you create playlists, add songs and so on.

Now I am wondering if there is any application that uses this API and so…if there is any application I can use to create static playlists. Does anybody know such a application?

In addition to that I read about the “playlist.html” of the nightly builds. Will this be another way to create a static playlist?

I don’t know of one, but it wouldn’t be a difficult one, i don’t think.

That’s the general idea, yeah. Unfortunately, the guy who was working on it up until now is pretty busy lately, and I’m not sure when he’ll be able to get back to it. I’m not sure what’s going to happen with that, actually.
