Password-less admin page

It would be nice to be able to set the admin password to an empty string
and still be able to use the web admin from a remote browser.

I was able to hack this by commenting out the code in the config_handler()
function that forces the no_access.html page to be served if the password
is NULL or empty. But I’m not sure what other unintended affects that
might have.
