Noob question

Recently I bought a Simpletech NAS server and tried with Roku 500 using Windows Media player 11. It doesn’t work properly and since then I have found out about firefly.

I didn’t see any intallation tips for Windows anywhere. it is basically for linux ?

Where do i start ? I am totally lost.

Please help.

There is also a downloads section on the Roku site, if you want to make sure you’re using the stable release for Windows.

It can be a bit daunting to see that long list of nightlies, but I insalled the official release from the Roku site on my Windows laptop, and it was a breee. Try it, it’s a great product.
