I have a spare NLSU and can dig out a 300GB drive but wanted to see if anyone else has experience with this.

I am concerned that loading an 80MB DB onto a NSLU with up to 2 PCs and 4 Roku Soundbridge devices may be to optimistic for the NSLU.

Can anyone shed any light and save a few hours of testing please?

    Thanks

Not with sqlite2. The initial delay on browse artist or the likes is too much for the soundbridge.

Someone had an equally sized database, and I think there was mentioned that somewhere around the 50K songs you hit a brickwall with the soundbridge as client.

Using sqlite3 and a huge database seems to work, though. You might be able to dig out some threads about that here.
