mt-daapd 0.2.4+r1376-1.1+etch1 – no solution for admin page?

on debian:
mt-daapd 0.2.4+r1376-1.1+etch1

can’t connect to the admin page
won’t accept the password

is there a solution, howto, descritption …. for beginners?

Won’t accept password. Have you changed the password in the config?
Default pass is mt-daapd or firefly.
If config edited, did you change adminpass or music password? adminpass is for the admin page.

is it really a problem with that version of firefly?

at debian mt-daapd automatically installs this version, I don’t know what to change

It’s the same to me. It’s not possible to enter the admin page or the applet for playing songs in the browser.

I hope there will be a solution which will be more useful than changing to sid and the way back.

Hope this post helps to show it’s not a single problem of some people.
