    Hi

I have managed to get Firefly to serve an MPG video but iTunes wont play it. Have I done something wrong or am I expecting too much?

There are a could rules — one is that it must be named mp4 or m4v. And (obviously) it *must* be a mpeg4 movie, or iTunes won’t play it.

There is something still not right — when iTunes feeds it, it doesn’t stream the file, either… it copies the whole file to a temp directory, then plays it.

If I could figure out how it stream it, then I’d start working on video transcoding, but that’s a ways off, I think.
