More than one server on the same computer

What’s up everybody.

I’d like to have more than one server running on the same computer. One that handles music, one for podcasts and one for audiobooks.

I would like to do this because when I create a smart playlist with my latest added music. I constantly need to add an criterion that excludes things.

Is this possible?
