iTunes sees Firefly only when on wired LAN

Hi all.
I have just installed Firefly on my main desktop computer (Debian SID) but I am unable to see the DAAP share from wireless clients.
The network setup is as follows:

wired LAN: 10.0.1.0/24

wireless: 10.0.2.0/24

wireless router: 10.0.1.4

If I connect the laptop to the wired network, the Firefly server is detected flawlessly. When it’s connected via wireless, I see nothing.
Now, I am not sure whether this happens because the wireless router does inbound multicast filtering (even tho the firewall is disabled) or because of iTunes (according to wikipedia, iTunes is only able to see shares on the same subnet).
Any clues on where I should start looking?
