    All,

After upgrading to 6.3-RELEASE-p4 the startup script reboots my machine.

    if I issue
/usr/local/etc/rc.d/mt-daapd.sh stop or start or reload

    My entire machine just reboots.

There is nothing in the log file and this is the only startup script that does this. I did do a make deinstall and make reinstall for the mt-daapd port.

    Still the same old thing.

Any ideas on how to start to diagnose this issue

    Wow, this certainly shouldn’t happen.
Do you have any core dump files? (Does BSD even produce these?)

I can only suspect that this is related to a kernel panic, core dump etc yadda yadda. 🙁
