    I was reading an artical about opening up firefly over the internet and the suggestion was go to http://externalIPaddress:3896/fireplay.html

    I am running SVN-1586 and this does not work, I must have the port forwarding working correctly because if I loose the fireplay.html then I get my login screen.

    What can I do to open up this option…

    1. Download the FirePlay application, as it’s not part of FireFly. Download link is in my signature below.
    2. Extract the zipped archive into your admin-root folder.

    Done. Now you should be able to go to “http://externalIPaddress:3896/FirePlay.html” NOTE: Capital “F” and “P” since you are on linux.
