Playlists containing multiple albums are pretty much useless because you’d have to select each individual album anyway before it plays.
Yes, correct. But the lists are now multiple selection, so you can select all your albums to force the behavior you’re after, but I don’t want to risk making the application unresponsive per default.

I realise the word ‘useless’ was a bit too harsh π
I am in no way criticizing your work!!

I absolutely didn’t think you were. I really want FirePlay to work the way you say, but it’ll have to wait until Ron is finished with the rewriting of the database and playlists. Shouldn’t be too long.

Now I’ve started thinking about random shuffle, playlists creation/altering/deletion and as always, the queue list.

Indeed, but random/shuffle what songs?
30/11/2007 at 10:55 AM #13618AnonymousInactivearchos released an update and presumably updated flash in the process.
works amazingly on my PC, however not so great on the portable device.
the webpage loads fine now, however it very very slow (clicking anything takes ~30secs to do anything). Also i cant see the bottom half of the flash aplet for some reason (the browser wont let me scroll down π )Great work though!
does this strengthen the request for a mobile client?

A few more suggestions for cleaning up the GUI.
- Buttons for shuffle and repeat for when you are ready (Grey = inactive, blue is active).
More intuitive icon for search.
Cleaner volume control
Lining up the search, progress and volume slider
Move the progress numbers under the bar.and…removing the dividers in the songlist header.
