I set up Firefly many months ago… long enough so I forgot how I did it… and it functioned fine until today – I could get access to my music on my hard drive through my laptop upstairs on iTunes. Today it quit on me, and every time I try to start Firefly running it quits on me.
The log says this:
Firefly Version svn-1463: Starting with debuglevel 2
Starting rendezvous daemon
Building drive mapping table from C:Program FilesFirefly Media Servermapping.ini
Initializing database
Query: vacuum
Error: playlistitems.playlistid may not be NULL
AbortingCan anyone help?

Try deleting the database; That way it will do a rescan on startup and create a brand new database file.In linux fireflies, the database is called songs.db (or songs3.db). Perhaps it has the same name in windows?

King regards,
ErikYep, that’s almost certainly it. In windows, it’s in Program FilesFirefly Media Serversongs.db (or songs3.db, depending on the version).

Nope. Could try upgrading to new nightlies http://nightlies.fireflymediaserver.org, but that’s all I can think of.
