Firefly wont serve mp4

Hi,

I have one mp4 in my iTunes library that I downloaded from iTunes store (a Lost episode). Despite it being listed and playable in iTunes it not listed in any other iTunes shared library (or on any of my Rokus for that matter)

I saw a post by someone with a similar problem but can´t remember where.
I think they changed the file extension from .mp4 to .m4v and it worked
