Hello,
there are no entries in the firefly trac for 30 days!
Has the development on the stable release stopped?
What are the news about the actual timeline?strehlma.

I haven’t been syncing that svn to the real sourceforge svn. Sorry.. I keep hoping to move svn permanently soon, but it’s been hectic.
As far as development, it’s mostly working now with the new db backend. I’ll have the sqlite3 backend finished by this weekend. For SURE this time. I really only need a couple hours, plus time to make it compile on other platforms besides the mac.
I’ll try and get the svn sync turned back on as well.

Will there be any progress in this projekt? ๐ฏ30/09/2008 at 8:43 AM #16321fizzeParticipantNo one keeps you from downloading the sources and starting hacking on firefly. ๐
04/10/2008 at 11:43 PM #16322MrEParticipantIt’s been a very long time since there has been any development, the last nightly build dates October 29 2007, with no news about any progress.
It would be good to at least have an update from time to time, even if it’s only to say “I’m still working on it but no release planned for a while longer”.
The current lack of information gives the impression that the project has gone the way of the dodo…
Have you got any news for us, Ron?
Thanks

revision 1737 is dated 16 Sept.Trac appears to be out of sync with Sourceforge
10/10/2008 at 9:30 AM #16324fizzeParticipantTrue, it seems that ron has actually shifted to sf’s svn repo.
The activity on his own repo seem to be from August ’08…..Well glad to see there are a few commits here and there, and that Ron seems to be alive and kicking. ๐
