Firefly don’t add any files

I am using ubuntu and have installed firefly with apt-get.

Server starts fine and web interface loads nicely. I have set my music folder properly. But when I start scanning. Firefly doesn’t add any files. I have restarted the server as well.

Anybody please help! I am all out of clues.

I have no idea what could have been wrong but now it works.

check the file permissions.
Firefly runs as ¨nobody¨ so the music files have to be readable by everybody for Firefly to work
