Firefly cannot find any music files

Right… I’ve now tried this on both Windows XP and Vista…

I own a Pinnacle Soundbridge; the hardware works and finds both my computer and the Firefly server

Upon installing the Firefly media server I point it to my “My Music” library (also tried directly to “iTunes”) and it scans for about 2 seconds and then informs me there is no files (there should be about 13000, all in the standard iTunes format)

I try to go into the web-based configuration tool, but all it does is load a blank page (with a header at the top, “configure”)

Anyone have any insight as to what I am doing wrong?
