    Just give me a bit of time to make it, I’m at home with a 12 days old baby, so I do this when I can …

    Ron, is there a specific place where I could upload the ‘package’ for everyone’s use ?

    BTW, I’ll also bundle in FirePlay which I started using today (awesome app …).

    Not really… I *want* to be able to have uploads for this kind of stuff… I have the bandwidth, just not the time to work on the web site.

    I guess I could set up some space on s3 or something. Wonder if you can limit bucket size?

    Well, don’t waste your time, I’ll figure something out and send it off by email for those interested until I find something good enough to host this.

    Lee Devlin, who worked on the Media Vault design, has offered to host the latest compiled source for the HP Media Vault, per an e-mail that he sent out on the Yahoo! group http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/HPMediaVault/.

    The hp folks are really a bunch of good people. That’s a nice offer on Lee’s part.

    Hi Nestor,

    Patrick sent me the files a few weeks ago and I’ve been running it since with great success. I sent the zip to Lee of the HP Media Vault site and they should be there within the week.

    OK, I see on the HPMV Yahoo group that Lee has put up the files and saw you posted about it too. Hope it works out well for you. It seems more stable than the earlier release and the Smart Playlists work great too.

    I downloaded the zipped files from Lee’s site. Firefly works.

    I’ll try to be more pro-active for next version … I had 1696 running at home since something like past November. I did not realized how many people actually used Firefly on the MV and kept the stuff I did for myself. I’ll try to be a bit less selfish and share a little for the upcoming releases 8)
