I am attempting to setup Firefly to be accessed outside of my home network. Firefly server appears to be running OK. I can access music using iTunes on the firefly server, however when I attempt to connect via Port 9999 with web browser the HP MediaSmart Server becomes unresponsive and I cannot access it. I have opened up Port 9999 on my router and have forwarding to the HP SmartMedia Server setup. The SmartMedia server cannot be accessed by any computer either by remote login or through the server console. Any ideas on why the MediaSmart server becomes unaccessible? 😡
