Cannot transfer music to mt-daapd music share

Hi

For some reason, i can’t transfer music from my music-player (Amarok) to my mt-daapd share (which resides on another pc). I have tried setting the permissions for my music folder to 777 (allowing everyone to read, write and execute), but it still doesn’t seem to work.

Other than that, i can transfer music just fine from my share to my laptop, and it’s a joy to use firefly.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to how i might get this last part working?

If you’re trying to do this within Amarok / Firefly then it won’t work as Firefly is a read only program.
