    Hi all you Linux users,

What client do you use to listen to your DAAP stream? I can’t find a decent one.

    Thanks in advance,

Well, I finally found a guide to getting Amarok to connect to mt-daapd, so I’m using that at the moment. It’s ok, but I’m still interested in hearing other people’s views. GNOME users seem to have a lot more choice than KDE users (Rhythmbox, Banshee etc.). Yeah I know you can run GNOME apps in KDE (I run Evolution) but anyway …

P.S. I’m not trying to be rude. 🙂

You have no idea how many hours I’ve spent trying to get this stuff to work. I’ve spent countless hours on google, plus searching this forum and others.

Pardon me for thinking if you’d found a method that works I could save myself that hassle just for once. I didn’t realize how much of a chore it would be for you to share your infinite wisdom with the masses.

    So screw you.
