well, you gotta change the mp3_dir in the config file manually to get firefly to start up, then the web config stuff is accessible.
If you already ensured that the current mp3_dir is readible and executable to the user firefly is running as, You might just have to wait a while because the initial scan can easily take a few minutes if you throw a good number of mp3s at firefly. 😉
