not sure where you got the software, so I don’t know how it was configured and how it was set up, but I’d guess that any user name (admin, for example) with a password of “mt-daapd” might work.
If not, check the config file. Use any user name and the password specified as the “admin_pw” in the config file (Typically /etc/mt-daapd/mt-daapd.conf, or /opt/etc/mt-daapd/mt-daapd.conf).
