Ah. This is apple lossless with the new beta firmware for the roku? Or is it a m4a file made with something other than iTunes? dbpoweramp or nero or something?
In any case, this looks like one of two things:
1. Regular m4a file that doesn’t support fast-start (made with something other than iTunes)
2. Apple lossless that the roku won’t play. (roku bug).
If the first, try the program mentioned in this post.
If it’s a lossless with the new firmware, post something on the roku beta firmware site.
