no, the /tmp is cleaned on every reboot, I think.
you can safely delete those files, however.
They are not required once the ipkg’s have been installed.

Firefly’s web-server uses javascript to present this info. So technically your browser renders the fields. on some systems there is a noticeable delay between the page, and those fields being populated. So thats alright.
Try to reload the page or close and restart your browser.
I sometimes had those issues, especially when firefly (or the slug) is busy (read: scanning).
