Running iTunes & firefly on the same machine at the same time? Standard-installation uses the same ports.
One more thing, try to restart the soundbridge? I had that problem… and one reboot of the soundbridge did it for me.
Also worth trying a newer nightly, as there was recently a big fix for a specific rendezvous problem. That might help.
