Spotlight found two copies of iTunes Music Library.xml on my hard drive, so I added both using the advanced configuration page.
That seemed to make it worse – I lost access to my music library completely.
Then I uninstalled Firefly and installed svn-1376. For now everything seems to be hunky dory.
