Hi,

I am having a similar problem when trying to use firefly on my PC. The main difference is that while firefly begins scan, it never registers any music files. My music is on an external maxtor 250GB Drive and I have over 130GB of music. After scanning for 5-10 mins the drive stops reading, but still no music files register in the firefly log. What’s worse is that when I look at my sys monitor, firefly.exe starts hogging 99% of my CPU and eats between 20,000 and 300,000 k of memory. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times both Bonjour and firefly with no change. Also I cannot open the web admin interface, my browser states: Firefox can’t establish a connection to the server at localhost:9999. I do not have an active firewall and I have even tried clearing a port on my Linksys WRTP54G router. My log is below Please let me know what if any other information is needed to find source of this problem.

Thanks,
MG
