So … if there is a problem with writing the rating into the files themselves
… it might be easier to write it into a log-file!?
That would make it easier to change the rating manually in the program that fits your needs rather than having to write down every song that should be changed in regard of rating.
Was just a quick idea – it would be better than nothing!
