I think you misread what i am proposing. As my version of the soundbridge doesnt have an alarm feature i am proposing the mt-daapd hasd an alarm feature built is so the server will automatically play a song at a particular time. Then a soundbridge which is connected to this server and has its power on will act as an alarm clock.
