Do you get any errors in the log file?
Ack… on the hp, it’s hard to see the log file… you’ll probably have to log in with a terminal service client and look at the log file in c:program filesfirefly media serverfirefly.log.
I can’t think of another way to do that. While you are in there, it might make sense to change the log file directory to d:sharespublicfirefly.log or something, just to make it easier to read remotely.
