Unauthorized; Wrong password?
Do you have a password on your music? You could try turning it off and restart firefly.
I do remember typing the wrong password in iTunes once, and clicking the “remember password” checkbox. It was pretty much impossible to have him ask for another password, since he automatically applied the remembered, wrong password.
As for Amarok, no idea. Never tried.
