svn-1696 is hideous in the slug with sqlite2.

Upgrade to sqlite3, or downgrade to another nightly version.
Since your DB is new, you can just change the db backend in mt-daapd.conf to sqlite3, and do a

ipkg install sqlite3

sometime 😉
