Hi folks

I’ve installed Bonjour and after, FF for Windows.
The First time I tried to connect to my library was successful but, the day after. Restarted my PC and my Roku SoundBridge. “Library not Found”

Any suggestion?

thanks in advance

Stuff to try first:

1. make sure you have the latest bonjour for windows. there was at least one version that wouldn’t start on boot, and made dependant services (like firefly) not start at boot

2. make sure the firefly service is running — check it in the tray applet thing.

3. If not, try to start it. If it won’t start, check the log tab for hints on what’s wrong.

Assuming it’s running okay, its’ probably a networking thing. Lots of wireless routers have multicast issues. Things to check:

1. Make sure you have latest firmware on your wireless router

2. Check the wireless router config page and see if there is an option to “enable igmp” or “enable multicast”.

You can prove or disprove the wirless issue by temporarily connecting the sb wired, rather than wireless and seeing if that works. If so, then it’s the wireless thing.

Of course, I should say something about checking firewalls, test with firewall disabled just to verify, etc.
