You might try using the old non8dot3 format.

If you do a dir /X of the directory you will get something like C:/PROGRA~1/FIREFL~1

Try copying the songs3.db to a directory without whitespace e.g. C:TEMP

Which web server are you using ?

I will try and reproduce on my windows machine.
