I am thinking about investigating this:

They have a native iPhone application. I would have to run yet-another music server though … and I have heard that it down samples to 96khz … so this also may not be an option for me.. But it does allow streaming while you’re anywhere as long as you’re on a wifi network, which is kinda cool.

All I really want is a DAAP client. If I want to tunnel the DAAP over ssh so I can listen remotely I could, but I just don’t want to buy a roku when I could use the iPhone instead.

I’m not that demanding i swear!

I’m crossing my fingers for something to happen once the SDK is out, but if anyone hears of anything let me know!

Someone just contributed some objc classess for connection to firefly. I’ll have them in svn shortly. I have an iPhone myself, a firefly server (or six) I want to connect to, and now some prewritten obj-c classes… so….

But then, my time really has been severely limited as of late.
