I have ubuntu 7.04 feisty. I installed mt-daapd and configured it properly.
Bonjour works. I can ping mycomputer.local.
I have no fw. I open port 5353 :
iptables -L results :

Chain INPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
ACCEPT udp -- 224.0.0.215 anywhere udp dpt:mdns

Chain FORWARD (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination

Chain OUTPUT (policy ACCEPT)
target prot opt source destination
ACCEPT udp -- anywhere 224.0.0.251 udp dpt:mdns

Web access works. It scans all songs but doesn’t seems to share it.
When I run rhytmbox I see it in itunes and it works so don’t with mt-daapd ?

I don’t understand what I missed.

Any ideas ?

Thanks

Try the version from the nightlies page (http://nightlies.mt-daapd.org). I think that works better.
