archos released an update and presumably updated flash in the process.
works amazingly on my PC, however not so great on the portable device.
the webpage loads fine now, however it very very slow (clicking anything takes ~30secs to do anything). Also i cant see the bottom half of the flash aplet for some reason (the browser wont let me scroll down 😕 )
