Need lots more than that… what version of firefly, what kind of machine it’s running on, where the music is located, etc.

Assuming a windows machine using a relatively recent version of firefly, then make sure the “My Music” folder is one of the music directories as specified in the web config page, and the “process playlists” and “process itunes” are set to yes in the advanced web config.

If you are doing something else, like running it on a nas and managing ituens on windows or something, then I’ll need more details.
