Likely it points to a different place then where the installer put em.
locate rsp.so to find the path to the plugins and that in the mt-daapd.conf.
this is on my windows box, so I assume rsp.dll is what I’m looking for?
btw, my mt-daapd.conf shows:

plugin_dir =plugins
plugins =
but when I make it look like:
[plugins]
plugin_dir = C:Program FilesFirefly Media Serverplugins
in my log I still get:
